A social committee is being formed to assist at parish events. A chairperson and team(s) provide support to the OLOL parish/staff when special events are planned.

Such as receptions for special events, planning and helping with parish events; fall picnic, bingo, many other ideas that may offer fellowship and help build community within our parish.

Event size and location determines the number of volunteers needed. Team volunteer roles:

1. cooking/baking
2. decorations
3. Making calls to parishioners 
4. Event helpers(multiple roles)
5. Set up and take down helpers (tables and chairs)
6. Clean up
