We recently learned about God's expectations for human beings and about our failure to consistently follow his instructions.  How do we fix this?  What can be done about it? NOTHING!  Left to ourselves, St. Paul informs us we are hopelessly lost; however, that is not the end of the story, for he also tells us in his Letter to the Romans, "While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."  That is the Gospel or "Good News."
