Spiritual direction is a process of guided conversation, pastoral accompaniment  and prayer designed to wade through the issues of the spiritual life as a disciple of Jesus Christ. 

Holy Mother Church has at her disposal many recommendations for renewal in your devotional life, inclduing Holy Scriputure, devotionals and novenas of particular Saints, the writings and lives of the Saints, Rosaries, Chaplets, fasting schedules, etc.  These and many other devotional practices can aid in your journey to heaven.

Fr. Francisco and Dr. Johnson are available for spiritual direction and counseling should you require them.
